Cross Training is a sport that includes different high-intensity exercises, both strength and cardiovascular, to work all muscle groups.

Its main objective is to enhance the physical condition of the athlete and increase their sports performance.

It is a type of training in which the level of intensity is marked by the load or by the speed in the execution of the exercise. A session usually lasts an average of an hour and is made up of the warm-up phase, the practice of cardiovascular and muscle-building exercises, and a return to calm to stretch and recover the body after physical exertion.
